Placing your order
Once you have selected your gorgeous gift it’s time to place your order. Simply click add to basket, select your shopping basket and then click checkout. After that you will fill out your delivery information, have the option of adding a special greeting card and then proceed to our secure checkout. The rest is up to us!

We have also introduced a new credit system that can be used to buy gifts in the place of money. You can use these credits on the basket summary page during the checkout process, or on your profile page. Credits don’t expire so you don’t have to feel pressured to use them within a certain time frame. Plus, they can be used on all products even exclusive floral specials and discounted items.
Something else to consider
If you’re an FNB customer, this is for you! FNB has recently changed the way they approve online purchases. If you have the FNB App you can simply log into your profile and approve or decline the payment, replacing the standard OTP. To reduce the risk of fraud OTPs will no longer be sent via email. However, a temporary OTP can be sent to your phone number via SMS if you do not have the App.
